Pepper is safe enough for the whole family to ride and handle, yet has all the get up and go you need to excel in whatever discipline you want to do. She will lope along on a draped rein, she is ever so soft in the bridle or hackmore, her transitions are smooth and soft, and her movement is very fluid. Simply slide your outside leg back and she picks up her lead and lopes off. Sit deep and you will get a big stop, gentle legs on and she collects up into a nice jog, and post her into a working extended trot worthy of any upper level Ranch Riding partner. Not to mention her beautiful buckskin colour, should you choose to show her, you will certainly get noticed! Naturally low headed and super good minded, every job with Pepper becomes a job you look forward to doing.
Pepper is an absolute joy to ride inside or outside the arena. She enjoys trail riding, ranching, and the arena work. She is happy to ride out alone or in a group, pony young horses off of her, ride her through creeks, over bridges, she steps carefully over brush, back her through obstacles, open and close gates off her and you can drop a lead to have her stand and wait for you. She loves kids, and will put her head into the halter for them, let them lead her around, crawl under and over her and will make a gem of a future kids horse! She is super solid, brave and has been in good hands her whole life, and it shows!
Time off will not alter this great young mare, you can feel certain she will be the same horse you left off on! She is kind hearted, and just wants to please. She has natural cow sense, and after only a handful of rides as a 2 yr old she was participating in cowhorse clinics, flag clinics and roping clinics. This mare is a true gem! She has the looks, the mind and all the athletic ability. Her solid big black feet, clean legs and kind eyes make her a standout! She is fantastic for the vet/farrier, has packed new riders and always wants to be the one you pick to ride.
