2019 AQHA Gelding

15 HH

Oatmeal has all the characteristics of your favorite comfort food! He makes you feel better on a bad day. He is always there when you need him. He relieves stress and he even makes you laugh!

Rumor has it Oatmeal himself frequents the snack drawer on the daily! At 15 hands, we aren't joking when we say he weighs 1275 pounds! He's a chubby bunny, but you wouldn't know it by the way he moves or by how soft hits the ground. With such smooth gaits you can ride him all day and never get tired.

Down the trail, through the fields, in the arena, he stays true and honest. He works well off leg pressure, neck reins easily and has just the right amount of responsiveness. No matter who climbs onto his back he immediately adjusts to their level, and does everything he can to build their confidence.

Like a true gentleman he can pick you up anywhere; off the mounting block, from the fence, a downed log or the tailgate, he will maneuver right over to you. He stands rock solid until you're all situated and ready to go. As far as tarps, balls, bullwhips, or noisy machinery-it's of no concern to Oatmeal. Pull the log, a sled or a skier, and he act like he doesn't even know it's behind him!

If you like one of a different color, Oatmeal sports an impressive canvas. Grey with a dorsal stripe, oo-la-la! Color aside, this hunk's bone and muscle will make you do a double take! Plus, if bloodlines mean anything to you, he's a grandson of PLAYGUN, LTE $183,000 and sire of $9.5 million: not too shabby!

Simple, steady, dependable all describe him to a T. Whether you have time to saddle up every day or just a few times throughout the year, Oatmeal is content with whatever your schedule allows. He will pick right up where you left him, no hassle and no nonsense.

Without a doubt, once you meet Oatmeal, you'll feel warm and fuzzy inside! He is a true confidence builder and enjoys all the attention you send his way. We are pleased to stand behind this exception boy! Just give us a call with questions to find out if he's the right fit for you.

Hansen
Throughout the year, Megan & Tegan Hansen's horses are exposed to countless disciplines including team roping, trail riding, skijoring, branding, gathering and doctoring cattle, jumping, ranch work in Wyoming and Montana and ranch horse shows-of where daughter Teagan won her first buckle ? They want to be known for devoting time to each horse, being able to recognize their strengths and allow them their individuality. Keeping those ideals at the forefront of their training helps to ensure they can honestly represent each horse and pair them with the right person and situation. They truly value the relationships they build with new owners.
