2012 APHA Gelding

15 HH

Fin Rider is the epitome of safety and luxury! He has the world's best disposition, he's absolutely the safest and best trained horse.

Fin Rider was trained and shown in the reining, then was used in the ranch riding as well as being showing english and has been over small jumps as well. There's nothing that he can't do!

Fin rider has taught lots of green riders how to ride, he is always patient and willing. He never takes advantage of any situation no matter who is riding him or what they are asking. Truly a saint of a gelding!

We have also rode Fin Rider on the ranch to trail cows from different pastures and to brand and doctor. He's our kids first pick no matter what we are doing. Our son has been branding calves on him all spring and he takes great care of him. Fin will track a cow very well out in the pasture but never gets chargie or hot!

If it's trail riding that you are wanting to do then you've found the best! Fin will safely guide you through any terrain whether it's the mountains or downtown Las Vegas, Fin has been there and done it all. He's absolutely spook proof, and never gets jiggy. Fin has been ridden in large groups of horses, he doesn't get excited, never kicks, ride him in the front of the group or dead last, it doesn't matter to Fin!

In the arena he has amazing, flawless spins, lead changes, slides effortlessly and does not require an owners manual to operate!! If you want fancy but safe and easy I truly believe that Fin is as good as it gets. I could go on and on so please give me a call and let me tell you about Fin Rider!

Megan Cobb
Megan Cobb, of J Arrow Horses, has been raised riding horses and ranching.  First and foremost she strives for a broke horse that can do many jobs. Megan loves to have a versatile horse.
Since everyone in the Cobb family likes to ride, her horses get exposed to many different things. Megan likes to ride barrel horses and rope horses. Coyle likes to ride anything that they will let him get on ("except buckers" as he says, and we ALL agree on that one), and Teale claims all the horses. Just ask her.
J Arrow horses have been ridden outside in the Snake River and Wallowa Mountains, as well as in the arena, down the trail, at rodeos, ropings, parades and local shows. Megan's philosophy on a horse is that it should be well rounded and easy to operate. Jerry, Megan, Coyle and Teale all have a part in the making of each of these horses. Megan feels extremely lucky to raise her children doing what they love.
